“Hello Max, sorry have been out last night and all day today so only just saw your email. And the motherboard (whatever that is!) on my phone died, is only just now fixed so have only just heard your message.

The two guys were brilliant – really helpful and polite and did a great job in freezing conditions. Do you know that the dear Brazilian guy even trimmed the passionfruit vine on the roof when I asked if I could use the ladder to do the same. That’s such great service – going above and beyond.
